 IHE Connectathon System Registration and Timeline

IHE North America (NA) Connectathon 2025 registration will be open until December 11, 2024. Below you will find the step-by-step registration process as well as important dates to note. We look forward to your participation at the IHE NA Connectathon, February 3-7, 2025, in Toronto, Canada.

Registration Process


IHE NA Connectathon System Fees

Each registered system is provided one (1) 6' x 30" table, two (2) padded chairs, internet access, and one (1) power strip with 4 outlets to provide 1500 Watts (120 volts)/Standard electrical service, and table signage for everyone (1) system registered in Gazelle. Note: Each registered system is required to provide at minimum two staff persons per system for the week of February 3-7, 2025. (Separate fees and registration required)

  • System Registration Fees: System registration incur a charge of $8,500.00 CAD for each system registered for testing.
  • IHE Connectathon Participant Badge Fees: The fee for IHE Connectathon participation badges is $2,000.00 CAD/participant/week. Badges include access to the testing floor, breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages throughout the week.
  • Hotel: The Intercontinental Toronto Centre is offering hotel block rooms at a discounted rate. Please book your accommodations before the booking deadline, December 31, 2024.

Payment Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable payment in full for 100% of IHE Connectathon System Fees is due at the time of contract submission. Contracts submitted without payment in full will be rejected and will not be included in the publications and promotional materials (printed documents, signage, and website) associated with the IHE North America Connectathon 2025 unless a valid, paid-in-full contract submission has been received by December 11, 2024.

Note: Please review our contracts carefully as some of our terms have changed.

Badge Policies

  • Participants may purchase badges for additional staff members.
  • IHE Connectathon participant badges are limited to the testing team to access the testing floor.
  • Guests are not permitted on the testing floor.
  • All Participants must have a valid badge to access the test floor, and badges must be worn at all times while on the test floor.
  • If your identification badge is lost or stolen, you must obtain a replacement for a reprint fee of $30. Lost or stolen badges should be reported to security as soon as possible. Failure to wear your ID badge will deny you access to the testing floor. 
  • No refunds will be issued to participants for badges or social event tickets. Badges and social event tickets are transferable. To request a transfer, please contact connectathon@ihe.net.
